How will the proposal selection process work?

We have a committee of six men and women from the Vermont developer community and will select speakers through two rounds of voting:

  • Round 1: Proposals are anonymized to just title and abstract. Review committee will vote and select top 15 proposals.
  • Round 2: Top proposals are de-anonymized and reviewed again. We will be looking to fill approximately 5 of the remaining slots. Talks will be chosen on a variety of criteria including originality, interest to reviewers, credibility, and proximity (yes we'll favor local speakers).
